Had a key fob break for my 2015 Explorer. We went in on a Saturday shortly before the parts dept. closed at noon. They sold me the key to the tune of $192.00. We were told no one was there w We went in on a Saturday shortly before the parts dept. closed at noon. They sold me the key to the tune of $192.00. We were told no one was there who could program it and to come back on Monday. We came back on Monday and were told the had staffing issues and couldn't service us. Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. Only did they tell me then that we had to pay another $150.00 to get the key programmed! At no point in time prior to this did anyone tell us there was an additional fee for programming! Poor customer service to say the least! I went home and called Fratillonie's hardware store only to find out they would have sold us the key AND programmed it for $170.00! I've got a call into the service manager, but of course he hasn't returned my call. They really should have told us about this bogus "programming fee" long before I was waiting at the counter to leave with my vehicle! More

Had my brakes replaced, and now they don't work and make a lot of noise. Was scheduled for the service department, but after making me wait for almost 20 minutes he refused to look at it and sent me back t a lot of noise. They said there was nothing wrong, maybe try service back in three weeks. In the meantime, I cannot drive the car for safety reasons and am missing important healthcare appointments. VERY, VERY disappointed. Looking at buying another vehicle in the next year, will NOT buy it here. More
