Still waiting for our second set of keys that Brock and Wally promise they were going to call us to pickup. I still haven’t heard from Brock about the mats thy should have came with the vehicle. We are not making a big deal out of mats because the vehicle is a used vehicle but this doesn’t mean that the dealership can’t keep their promise of providing us with a second of keys. We own business and our employees use the vehicle, sometimes they loose the keys and we need to have extras for emergencies. Poor customer services! No follow through! Not recommending Brock or Wally to any customers as there is no follow through from them. More

When I looked at the vehicle online it said it had a 30 day, 1500 mile Luther warranty. At signing they said there was no warranty. I questioned this and showed them the website and they told me this was a day, 1500 mile Luther warranty. At signing they said there was no warranty. Felt like I had been victim of a bait a switch, which I’m still debating whether I should report to the better business bureau. After getting the vehicle home I realized I never got the vehicle door code. Emailed the dealer and I’m yet to hear back. I bought my last three vehicles at Luther dealerships and always had good experiences, this time not so much! More
