EXELENT SERVICE! ! The people who helped us with the paperwork were VERY patient and helpful. I took it for a test drive, and found one or two issues with the car, and ! The people who helped us with the paperwork were VERY patient and helpful. I took it for a test drive, and found one or two issues with the car, and the dealership was able to fix it within one day! (I was expecting it to be a week before it was fixed) plus they added no extra charge to an expensive part to fix! they told us all about the car, all the features that we should know, they knew what they were talking about. (b/c this car is an upgrade for us!) Overall, they were friendly, knew what they were talking about, and had a positive attitude when helping us, and good hospitality (vending machines, drinks (hot and cold) I would definitely recommend Country ford fusion in Coon rapids to a friend! More
