We recently ordered a new truck from with Carrie Bellows at North Country Ford. Carrie was very kind and easy to work with. In the ordering process, we were told that running boards would be included in our at North Country Ford. Carrie was very kind and easy to work with. In the ordering process, we were told that running boards would be included in our order. When the truck was ready for pickup, we discovered that running boards were not included, but could be installed for an additional $700+. Carrie was apologetic and worked quickly to provide a solution. She provided a $200 Ford gift card as compensation. More
