Existing Customer Just felt like I was not welcomed. When I first arrived I stopped at quick stop and was not greeted. It was two reps sitting at the computer and helpi Just felt like I was not welcomed. When I first arrived I stopped at quick stop and was not greeted. It was two reps sitting at the computer and helping 1 customer. They was trying to sale tires. They did not once greet me and say that they’ll be right with me. 10 min’s passed and still no greet or hello. I walked over to the cashier and she said hello how can I help you. Told her I was here for an appointment where do I go she says the service center. “Finally” Got to the service center, people just looked at me. Didn’t acknowledge my presence, Dave came up and said hello. I said I’m here for an appointment, he said I need to pull my car in. I then explained to him the bad experience and he apologized. I did feel like Dave was uninterested, I tried to explain to him my experience with the car since day 1 and my frustrations. He told me that they will have to keep my car overnight to look at it. No rental cars was available and no options. Dave is nice but it didn’t feel genuine to me. I walked to the cashier and I told her I purchased a warranty on my car who do I talk to. She brought me over to the warranty department or finance. That’s when the experience was much better, the guy that helped me was professional and I felt like a customer. Came back to service to explain to them how my warranty works and all Dave could say is that he can’t submit paperwork for me to be reimbursed for the car if I go elsewhere, until they diagnose the problem. Which is understandable, but I had to be to work soon. I ended up using my mothers vehicle and Dave told me about the survey. After I decided even to use the shuttle bus. Dave came out to check in to ask if the driver can pick another customer up first even though I was closer. I came back to this location because my initial experience when I purchased my car was excellent. But now it’s mediocre, you guys need to be unison in every department when it comes to customer service. The only great experience I had was with the cashier, finance and the mechanic. Great people but everyone else needs to do better. More
