Appointment lasted 1 3/4 hours and might have been longer if I had not checked in with service desk. They found my paperwork which was for my completed vehicle on a desk that was vacant. Who knows how long it was there? Also, I pointed out that on previous visits I was credited $5.00 because I bought my tires there. Quick Lane personnel (3) WERE NOT WORKING TOGETHER. More

We have had three extremely disappointing experiences. The last time , we had a 9:15 a.m.appt.to get a latch replaced on a door. When I arrived I asked if they could also do an oil change, shortly after that I saw my truck on the hoist. At about 1:30p.m. I no longer saw my truck in the service bay. Several times I walked up to the service counter inquiring as to the whereabouts of my vehicle, as it was no longer visible in the service bay. The people at the counter could not give me an answer. So finally at 5:00 p.m. the service person came out and said he didn’t know I was going to wait for my vehicle, however when I checked in I told him I was waiting. He also told me that when they replaced the latch they allow the vehicle to warm up. Keep in mind that our vehicle was not visible for at least three hours in the service bay. After spending 8 hours waiting,,,, I went on the internet to see how long it would take to replace the latch on a dorm of an F 150 pickup, I watched the video and took approximately 30 minutes to do one door. When I walked up to the service counter, I also noticed a truck that looked like mine sitting out in the parking lot, adjacent to the service doors and noticed someone sitting inside and another gentleman standing outside the vehicle. This was at approximately 2:00p.m. And unfortunately I did not go over and verify if this was my truck. If this was my truck and it needed to be warmed up, why did they not have it in the service bay? This is the 3rd extremely disappointing experience I have had with your service department. I will not be returning to have any of my vehicles serviced at your facility. The previous time I had a bad experience I talked to a manager. Feel free to contact me if you want mor information. More

We had brakes done a few weeks back and the quick lane performed the service. Shortly after the brakes were done the car was experience odd "brake" issues. The service department had us make a appointment with the quick lane since the brakes were recently done in the part of service. Quick lane checked out the vehicle and after 2.5 hours of looking at it determined it was a separate ABS issue. Which is fine, however they could not diagnose the issue further nor could give us a quote. They had us make an appointment with the service department. Service department could not get us in for a week and a half. Bottom line, as a consumer I am taking my vehicle to North Country Ford, I could care less if it is the quick lane or the service department. At the very least a tech from the service department should have looked at the vehicle and provided us an estimate, instead we have to waste another day bringing in the vehicle for the estimate. As a side note the quick lane folks were very nice, this isn't the fault of the employees, it is the way the departments are set up. More

I brought it to them and they said they couldn't because the tire was too big. They had it in for service twice never once noticed or communicated to me the bad ball joint. When I brought it to Roseville Midway Ford, they quickly noticed the upper passenger all joint was bad. Once I have this replaced and I did it to replace the tires because they were dry rotted, it now goes smoothly down the road. That was a dangerous thing to either not notice or not communicate. Scary. They are very nice, but that's about it. More
Express Lane is a joke Went to the Express Lane on 11/30 5:30pm. After an unwelcome greeting I was asked if I could leave the vehicle overnight because they weren't sure if they would be able to finish with it that night and it may not be until morning. Really???? I don't believe the term "Express" is used correctly by North Country Ford! There is no reason a person shouldn't be able to arrive at the dealership and get an oil change within a reasonable time. I was told that I should make appointments. I tried that 2 weeks ago and the times available 2 weeks out required me to take time off of work. I don't believe an oil change should be so difficult but it certainly is at North Country Ford. Ironically, I was able to make an appointment for today after work at Roseville Midway Ford. Maybe North Country should take some lessons on customer service from Midway Ford. More
