Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate all feedback, positive and negative as it helps us to improve our processes. While it is our goal to provide top level service to every guest, sometimes things don't go as planned. I understand and agree that you should have been able to drive in and have a faster turnaround. Unfortunately, the day you came in was the last day in a month long tire sale and we had many other guests getting their tires installed before the deadline. Sometimes due to high demand, it makes it difficult to accommodate everyone so we work on a first come first serve basis after our appointments. While I know this doesn't change what happened, I hope it makes the situation a bit more understandable from your standpoint. Thank you.
