I had a disappointing experience with Justin Gordon at my local dealership while I was shopping for a new Subaru Crosstrek. When I first walked in, he didn’t even acknowledge my presence nor did he look up f local dealership while I was shopping for a new Subaru Crosstrek. When I first walked in, he didn’t even acknowledge my presence nor did he look up from his phone. After a while I managed to get his attention, but his response was dismissive and rude. He seemed irritated that I was even there and made no effort to understand my needs as a customer. Needless to say, I left and took my business elsewhere, where I ended up purchasing a new Crosstrek that I’m very happy with. It’s unfortunate that such a poor attitude from a salesperson cost this dealership my business, as they were my first choice prior to this interaction. More
