"Excellent dealership! Highly recommend"

I have worked in the car industry for years and am wary of how dealerships can be - pushy, they rush, they treat you like a number, etc. North End is the complete opposite and I was highly impressed with the service there. Justin was excellent, courteous, attentive and helped me find the exact car I was looking for without pressure. He thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle and answered all questions I had. You could tell he truly cares about his customers. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

My experience at North End with the salesman, Justin was great. Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable of the car I was looking at. He made everything from the beginning to the end, to go very smoothly and even fun. He was also picked me up from my house to bring to me to the dealership to pickup my sweet new ride. Tom, the financial person was also really good. There was no pressure or hassle going through the paperwork and terms. North End Subaru is a A+ place to go.

I have been using North End Subaru for periodic maintenance and repairs of my 2011 Legacy since I bought it. I'm consistently happy with the entire experience - the ease of setting up a convenient appointment, the friendly & knowledgeable service staff, the quality of the work done, and the availability of a loaner for the lengthier appointments. My Legacy is a great car, and North End Subaru helps me keep it that way!

"Not rushed or pushed"

Frank is a wonderful man with tons of knowledge. Ask him ANYTHING and he has the answer. I will definitely keep going back to North End Subaru. This is my 2nd new car from tnem.
