First I did not appreciate being sent to a website to make a service appointment. Website did not have proper service option. Calling service number sent me to voice mail, only calling the main business make a service appointment. Website did not have proper service option. Calling service number sent me to voice mail, only calling the main business number finally got me someone I could talk to. When I dropped off and picked up the car people were friendly and efficient. Areas for improvement. - car was washed but had spots all over it and it also had mud splashed down the side. - I had marked my wheels due to a previous issue at another dealership and only wheels on one side of the car had been rotated. - Fluid levels were not topped off as stated. To check windshield washer fluid you must open and look into the reservoir just looking at the outside of the filler does not not show true level. -Dealership had my phone number wrong in their file and only after I called near the end of the day for status was I notified that my car was ready. More
