"Service experiences"

I have been using North End Subaru for periodic maintenance and repairs of my 2011 Legacy since I bought it. I'm consistently happy with the entire experience - the ease of setting up a convenient appointment, the friendly & knowledgeable service staff, the quality of the work done, and the availability of a loaner for the lengthier appointments. My Legacy is a great car, and North End Subaru helps me keep it that way!

"Always helpful and smiling"

I stopped by the dealership to replace a small plastic piece that had fallen out of my bumper. The parts department was so friendly and helpful and even popped it in for me at my request. As a woman I’m always leary of the typical dealership employees but this parts department was clean, well lit and had a great atmosphere. I’ll never go to another store, every department here is top notch

I had my 2014 Outback services on Feb 2, 2018. I am always very pleased with the service I receive there. One I bought my Subie there but the service experience is always Great. That’s why I always bring my Subie there for service. I’m on my third Subie. Wish I would’ve started there. Oh well, they have m for life, now.
