Always helpful and smiling I stopped by the dealership to replace a small plastic piece that had fallen out of my bumper. Classically Old School I literally dragged my husband to over 10 different dealerships to look at every vehicle in our price range- he brought me to North End Subaru last Sa I literally dragged my husband to over 10 different dealerships to look at every vehicle in our price range- he brought me to North End Subaru last Saturday morning where we were greeted very promptly, despite the wind and snow, by Frank, who had a zero pressure approach. We test drove the Outback and the Forester. After a brief lunch to discuss our options we returned to see what Frank could do for us. We chose the Forester, and upgraded to the All Weather Package with a moon roof. I am one happy wife. Needless to say this was the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. Frank was great to work with, he was patient, pressure free and knowledgeable. The night we picked up our car he stayed late past closing to be sure we got the full rundown of our brand new Subaru. He is a classic salesman and you don’t find them like him anymore. More
