Not a norm for me I stopped by the car lot to waste a little time. I really was not in the market at that moment but thought I would look around. A salesman named Greg I stopped by the car lot to waste a little time. I really was not in the market at that moment but thought I would look around. A salesman named Greg came over to greet me. My guard went up right away but as soon as we started speaking I was put at ease. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and by no means pushy. From our conversation I soon realized there was no need to be pushy as the Subaru truly sell themselves. Every question I had Greg had the answer. I had a budget I wanted to stick to and did not want to go over it. He respected that and worked just as hard with me as if I was buying a brand new vehicle. I picked up my car today and am here to tell anyone interested in purchasing a Subaru please reach out to Greg. You will be happy and completely satisfied that you did. Frank Lajoie had been recommended to me as a sales consultant by a mutua I drove home yesterday, in the rain, in my 2017 Twilight Blue Subaru Outback. Frank Lajoie had been recommended to me as a sales consultant by a mutual friend. I had been apprehensive about the purchase and trading in my 2006 Subaru Outback with 150,000 miles on it. From the first moment of meeting, I felt extremely comfortable with Frank as he was friendly, easy going, and especially knowledgeable. We test drove an Outback, and from the first moment in the car, I felt comfortable and not intimidated by the vehicle. Frank explained many details of the car before and after our test drive. As I knew exactly what color and interior I wanted, Frank assured me that he could get that particular vehicle. Frank worked out numbers for me, and after returning home, I soon called Frank to tell him I would purchase the vehicle. When I arrived yesterday to get my new car, and after discussing the financing, Frank spent time with me going over the manuals, rewards program, etc. When I finally got into my car, Frank explained at great length all of the "bells and whistles" of my new car. My entire buying experience was wonderful from start to finish thanks to Frank, who in my opinion, is the ultimate professional. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and acquaintances wanting to buy a Subaru. I am sure I will enjoy many happy years in my new Subaru.
