Bob came out and showed us the forester and I was still unsure by the outside. He explained all the positive qualities the forester has to offer compared to a jeep and I agreed to test drive. The second I got in and saw the inside I couldn't believe it. It was much bigger than expected and the visibility was comforting. Bob was thorough and gave us all the details we needed to think it over. He was never pushy and made the process very enjoyable. When it came time to decide Bob helped us find the perfect vehicle! We did have to wait for it to be ordered but it was well worth the wait! Bob did a wonderful job keeping contact throughout the process. If anyone knows me they know I have no use for salespeople. My wife and I started looking around before a salesperson came out, when he came out he asked what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend. Four hours later we drove out in a new vehicle, they took care of all paperwork, ( financing and registration). the salesperson was friendly and made us feel comfortable in our experience, thanks to Greg Nuorimo and the staff at North End, we will be there again. Anytime I come in to purchase a vehicle or get my car serviced I am always greeted with smiles like we are all one big family! I always feel very welcome. The entire staff gets to know you on a personal level, so it's not your typical cold dealership experience. Bob has always been a great guy to work with. Anytime I send him an email he is always quick to respond. He always checks to make sure everything is going well, and that I am satisfied with the process and vehicle! Anytime I have questions on purchasing a new vehicle I just send Bob a message and he immediately gets me the best price, and provides the best service! There is absolutely no need for back and forth with negotiating. I know I am getting incredible deals with this group!
