Customer Care Have bought two used vehicles at North End and although I have been happy with the cars and had my service done there for the most part, even though I Have bought two used vehicles at North End and although I have been happy with the cars and had my service done there for the most part, even though I was told by more than one person that I was paying more than I should. When I bought this car, the visor on the drivers side was a little loose and would slide down on occasion, but I didn't really think it was worth it to bother service, I could live with it. I have not been able to talk on my cell phone when I am driving because my car does not have that feature so I recently purchased a device to enable me to answer my cell phone while I was driving, This device attaches to the visor on the drivers side, and you guessed it....when I put the device where it goes, the visor comes down and there is no way to get it to stay up. I stopped at North End this morning and was told that there is no way to tighten the visor, I would have to replace it at a cost of $85.00 for the visor and $50.00 to install it or I could trade the car..... No Thank You...if and when I replace the car it will be somewhere else. More

I went back a month later and bought a 2015 Impreza hatchback. We are both very happy to be tooling around in our subarus!! Thanks Bob for making our car buying experiences stress free! Mike was knowledgable, entertaining and extremely helpful. The entire team at NorthEnd Subaru made my buying experience a pleasure. There was absolutely no pressure. Jesse, the sales manager, helped negotiate a price that I am sure I could not match anywhere. He was very generous and kind when approached with any concerns. Tom, the finance guy, was also very helpful and knowledgable and helped us find very affordable financing. I usually find car shopping very stressful but that was not true of this experience. You hear stories of bad experiences and think to yourself that you’ll end up buying a car you didn’t want and paying far more than you imagined. I know, I’ve gone down that road before. After lots of research, I finally decided on a 2015 Subaru Crosstrek. After even more research regarding dealers and hearing what other said around town, I decided to try North End Subaru. I initially emailed the dealership with some questions on a car I saw online. I think I had a reply back within the hour from Jesse Manning, the Sales Manager. I headed down to the dealership a few days later and was met by Greg Nuorimo, one of the senior sales consultants who was expecting me. This was far and away the best car buying experience I’ve had. Greg was straightforward, easy going, transparent, and possessed a wealth of knowledge on all things Subaru. He worked with me to find the car I wanted. Also, Greg and Jesse gave me a very fair and generous offer for my trade-in. Even working with the finance folks, Tom and Jason, was easy. No pressure to buy tons of extras…just a clear, concise process. On the day I picked up my car, Greg went through all the features in detail and then we spent probably a 1/2 hour, if not more, reviewing everything in the car. I can’t say enough about my experience there…good all around. This is my first Subaru and I can say that I’ll definitely be back when its time to replace our other car. More
