Offers and suggestions were made in a respectable manner, not looking past my objections, desires or needs. At the end of the day, I cannot say I had an unpleasant experience at North Hollywood Toyota. I don't even write reviews, but this one was worth mentioning. After a horrible experience with a service advisor(Russ) .i reached out to the manager and he asked me to come back in to make things right. I went back to the dealer and spoke to the manager Leon , Leon br .i reached out to the manager and he asked me to come back in to make things right. I went back to the dealer and spoke to the manager Leon , Leon brought out his foreman (Elmer) and had me tell him any issues with my vehicle. I showed him the problem and within 1.5 hours it was fixed perfectly. Leon the manager went over and beyond what i asked for and also changed my Tacoma inlays free of charge for me!! I was introduced to a new service guy to work with named (Jack). Jack ordered my new black inlays and told me to come in on 8/30/25 7am to get the old inlays removed and new ones installed. I arrived here this morning and there were at least 35 cars ahead of me waiting for service. JACK the service guy came in on his day off just to take care of my car as he had promised. This was shocking and very much appreciated. Bottom line is , this is a great dealership with outdistanding service and employees -1 employee.
