Too many upsells that were quite annoying and had to wait way too long for a simple oil change and multi-point inspection. I was very impressed with the service and honesty of what was needed for THIS appointment. The service advisor Angel Lopez was really good at handling and navigating the service process. Thank you. I came in Saturday for my first oil change, for the new car I am leasing, and told my Service rep that I am in a hurry because I have to go to work. And he took care of me, I only waited for a while, at th car I am leasing, and told my Service rep that I am in a hurry because I have to go to work. And he took care of me, I only waited for a while, at the waiting area sipping my hot tea! I did not even get to finish my drink, and he said that my Oil change was done! Funny thing was I forgot that I have to go to the Cashier, my rep saw me anyways and told me what to do! Over all review two thumbs up! More
