This is the first time I've had a real negative experience. They text you saying to text if you need anything they will text back. I have to say the last 3 visits, they never responded to texts, th experience. They text you saying to text if you need anything they will text back. I have to say the last 3 visits, they never responded to texts, the previous 2 times, I went to the desk as I was waiting. This last time I wasn't there and texted with no reply. After 40 minutes I called and found out that after 3 1/2 hours they had just gotten to my car. I was the first car there at 7 am. Very frustrating. More

The service is great and I trust my longtime service consultant, Paul Carrasco. I did experience sticker shock at the cost of routine maintenance for my 2024 Corolla Hybrid. I might not have purchased i consultant, Paul Carrasco. I did experience sticker shock at the cost of routine maintenance for my 2024 Corolla Hybrid. I might not have purchased it if I realized recommended 2-year service would run $675. My $25 birthday discount was no big help. More
