Extremely disappointing experience with the service department. I brought my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance and was met with an unacceptable level of customer service. The service representative was dismissive, defensive, and unwilling to listen to my concerns. When I requested assistance from the manager, the situation did not improve. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was repeatedly reminded that I could take my vehicle to another Toyota dealership if I was not satisfied. This response demonstrated a lack of respect, accountability, and commitment to customer care. Toyota customers deserve better communication, professionalism, and service from both representatives and management. More
