Mixed review here. tldr: service department seems fine, sales seems sketchy. When purchasing a car they gave me a price, and then tried to sneak in an extra 2k claiming it was a for a gps tracking system that was already installed (called them out on their xx)... nvm it's about to be installed, but mandatory (called them out on their xx)... nvm it doesn't need to be installed, we literally just want to make money so are trying to charge you for things - they admitted that! After negotiations they agreed to two add-ons. When I came back later for them to install the add-ons, they claimed one was impossible, that the part (a wireless charger) didn't exist and couldn't be done on that type of car (a 2024 Prius) so why would anyone ever promise that to me in a contract?? Thankfully it was written into the contract so I had to call them out on their xx yet again. I ended up renegotiating for extended maintenance (thankfully from any Toyota dealership so I won't be going back to this one). In the end got a good deal, but just not worth the hassle and the gaslighting, it all just felt slimy like what you think a stereotypical car salesman will be. More

Had a fine time working from there for a few hours while waiting for my car to be ready. Good wifi, plenty of space. More
