This was my first time coming to North Hollywood Toyota for their service department. I would not return to this dealership for my car service/maintenance. No communication from them. They did not take the for their service department. I would not return to this dealership for my car service/maintenance. No communication from them. They did not take the time to explain the services my car would be going through. When my car was ready, they did not explain the report, did not explain what work they did to the vehicle. I had also requested an Uber home so I would not wait at the dealership and I wasn’t informed that they only do one way uber. I found out once they called me to let me know my car was ready and I had to pay for my own uber back to the dealership. I’ve gone to other dealerships in the past that offer much better service and experience. I would not return to this one and would not recommend to friends and family. More
Fred and Nick help me a lot to be able to have the car we’re driving now. All question and all the necessary information have been discussed fully well. Only thiing that happened was i got tripped over a we’re driving now. All question and all the necessary information have been discussed fully well. Only thiing that happened was i got tripped over a flipped covering on the floor covering the wires. My phone fell and got cracked on the screen and both my shoulders was hurting after the incident that lasted for more than two weeks but I’m okay now.
