Customer service used to be way better than now. New owner, bad service. They even increased the price, almost 25%. Also, I received my car dirty on the driver's carpet. That's unfortunate! More

I want to be fair and acknowledge that the dealership did apply a discount to the service after I was caught off guard by the price increase, and I do appreciate that gesture. That said, the core issue of my review remains unchanged. The overall service experience was disappointing. I did not receive a post-service inspection or checklist outlining what was reviewed or flagged on my vehicle, which is something I have consistently received in the past and consider basic transparency. Additionally, the interaction with the service advisor felt unprofessional and lacked the level of preparedness and communication I expect, especially as a long-term customer. Lastly, the condition in which my vehicle was returned (specifically the dirty floor mat) was unacceptable and avoidable. These details matter because they reflect care, attention, and respect for the customer. While I recognize the pricing adjustment made in this case, it does not offset the decline in service quality I experienced. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to correct these issues moving forward.
