We are a locally owned and operated store with a new facility built in 2008 for everyone in south Texas to enjoy. We built our new Toyota and used car dealership with all the comfort and convenience you expect in your own home. With several lounge areas to relax in while you wait for your new or used car to have auto service or car repair done, whether it be in one of our leather couches, rocking chairs, or surrounded by one of our fireplaces; inside or out! Our childrens play area makes our store fun for the little ones while our internet cafe is popular with all ages. We offer complimentary drinks and snacks at our La Paletera cafe during your visit and additional entrees include breakfast tacos, enchiladas, sandwiches, fruit cups, paletas, ice cream, milk shakes and more! While you enjoy your lunch you can look through our auto service windows to watch your Toyota being serviced by our Toyota Certified Technicians. Fast and efficient I contacted NP Toyota online. Arturo was outstanding. He found what I wanted and I never looked at another car because he found exactly what I asked f I contacted NP Toyota online. Arturo was outstanding. He found what I wanted and I never looked at another car because he found exactly what I asked for. We paid cash for the Highlander so no financing was needed. Robert Robles got our paperwork together, there were mistakes on the paperwork, but we were told not to worry about it. Mr. Robles was a bit short and not too friendly, however, Arturo Orrantia, our salesman was great. I couldn't ask for an easier transaction with him. I did not feel high pressure and that is important to me. I would recommend my friends and family to take the drive to NP Toyota when purchasing a vehile. More

Change a tire Mr. Eloy did an amazing job! I went in on a Monday night close to closing. Mr. Eloy checked to see if I had coverage on my tires because I had a screw Mr. Eloy did an amazing job! I went in on a Monday night close to closing. Mr. Eloy checked to see if I had coverage on my tires because I had a screw stuck on the side so I had to replace the whole thing. At first it didn’t seem as if I had coverage he made a call to verify but the department was closed. He checked the tire price for me but insured a follow up call in the morning so I can get a right answer for my warranty. He called and text me first thing in the morning. Fortunately I worked until late again so he was going to be gone by the time I got there. He left the paper work for me so when I get there it could be quick also recommend to call him if I had any problems.. Great job Eloy for making it as smooth as it can be and for letting me feel like you had my back! More
