I have good service before but my recent experience was great. First, I had been thinking about purchasing a new vehicle for a couple of months and when I when went in to service my Tundra while waiting I decided to go take a look at the going prices in the front. While a lot of salesmen were just hanging in the front talking I was just curiously looking into a Tundra ( for a while) and Justin happen to come out from inside and we asked if I needed help / any question ( I ended buying a new Tundra that day), I now have purchased 3 vehicles for North Park. Second experience, I recently went in to service my wife’s Camry and was extremely impressed with Yvette Gooding’s great customer service with a smile and her energy. I was in back of a long line and I gave my info and she ran inside to make a copy and ran back with her great smile to get my vehicle processed for service. More
