Unfortunately, this is something we’re seeing more and more everywhere, as credit card companies continue to increase the costs for businesses to offer that payment option. We do our best to stay as transparent as possible about these charges and truly understand how it can be upsetting. We do offer a no-percentage fee option when using a debit card, and we’re always happy to review payment options with you ahead of time. We sincerely apologize that this impacted your experience, and we hope that in the future we’ll be able to eliminate these charges altogether.
