We love this dealership! This is the second Mazda we bought from them. First one was a new car, this one is a certified used car. The salesmen are all knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly "norma bought from them. First one was a new car, this one is a certified used car. We were surprised by how quick and easy it was to buy a car here. We had tried the previous week to browse at another dealer, and the experiences were worlds apart. At North Penn Mazda there was no pressure, we were treated with respect, and the attention was always professional. In less than hour we had done the test drive, completed credit approval, and selected our vehicle. Two days later the color we wanted was available and we came to pick it up. Everything went very smoothly. There were no gimmicks or high pressure sales tactics used, and we still got a great deal. More
