I purchased a 2009 Mazda Miata Grand Touring Edition from Mike Fontaine on 9-22-12; less than two months later my car was totaled in an accident that was not my fault. Mike responded immediately and within days let me know he found a brand new one. Mike worked with me every step of the way to make this deal happen within the week as I needed to find a car before insurance stopped paying for a rental. Mike contacted me on his days off, e-mailed me regularly with any and all updates, and even drove to Scranton to pick up the car personally for me from another dealer.
