After researching various mid-sized SUV's we agreed on the Mazda CX9, not only for appearance reasons but also,because of the great reviews and affordability. After finding one that met all of our needs at North Penn, we were disappointed to find out that it had been sold an hour before we went to look at it. We were able, though, to test drive another one which solidified our decision that this car would be a perfect fit for us. Luckily, we were told that another CX9 would be arriving that week, which had less miles and was a year newer. After all was said and done, we walked away with a great car which we got for a great deal and it was one of the easiest car buying experiences that we've ever had! More

Tony, the Mazda sales representative, provided excellent upfront pricing with absolutely no hassle. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and treated me with the utmost appreciation, respect, and courtesy. Similarly, Jason, the finance manager, was efficient in handling all of the paperwork and was tremendously informative. Both Tony and Jason thanked me and showed great appreciation for my business. I would recommend this dealership and these particular Mazda representatives to anyone, and I hope to send more business their way. I can't say enough good things about my experience at North Penn. More

The salesperson I worked with, Dan Oestreich, was very pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. I likely could have walked out that day with my car, but they did not have the color I wanted on their lot. So, it took one extra day for them to make a swap with a nearby dealership. The financing guy, Jason H, was also easy to work with and he was able to secure a better rate than my credit union. I would definitely use this dealsership again in the future. More

Excellent I have been interested in having a Mazda for years. Finally, after over 6 years of driving a '97 Honda Civic, I am now a proud owner of a 2014 Mazda 3 I have been interested in having a Mazda for years. Finally, after over 6 years of driving a '97 Honda Civic, I am now a proud owner of a 2014 Mazda 3 iSport! I am absolutely in LOVE with this car. Joe Manfredi was my salesman and I thoroughly enjoyed doing business with him. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and had an awesome sense of humor. From the start, I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me out and not just make a sale. This man is the type of car salesman every dealership should have. When filling out paper work, I worked with Jason Hartman who was excellent as well. He was very informative, helpful, and made the paperwork fast and easy! From that point on i was committed to replacing my existing car (2005 Scion XA) with a Mazda3. Events transpired that I was able to make a purchase last weekend. Awesome experience My son's car lease was up and he needed to turn it in and get something else. He really liked the Madza3 . Tony was wonderful. He did all the work contacting the other dealership about the lease and was able to get my son some money back since the miles were way under the lease agreement. Tony was the only salesperson who took the time to do that-other dealerships that my son went to told him that they "don't deal with the lease, it was his responsibility". Tony had everything ready when it was time to pick up the car and Jason was great explaining all the options to my son. I also have a Mazda CX-9 that I bought last year from North Penn Mazda. Before that I had a CX -7. I love my car-Mazda cars are very well made and a dream to drive. North Penn Mazda makes buying/leasing a new car a very pleasant experience. More

Well, after pitting several dealerships against each other for the best price of my dream car, only one dealership rose to the top. Tony Hamilton of North Penn gave me the best price for the car with all of the options that I wanted. He promised the car within 2 days and he delivered on time. I purchased the car at the price agreed upon and thanks to Jason H. the paperwork went smoothly and I was in and out within 2 hours time. I highly recommend North Penn as the dealership to purchase your next vehicle. More
