I just had the best car-buying experience from any dealership I've ever visited or bought from. Considering I am 53, that says a lot. First, I have to say, it was incredibly refreshing to deal with a sales person who was so genuinely polite, friendly and personable. As I explored the CX-5, Jason was great at sharing the features of the car while giving me time to think about how this vehicle would fit my needs. He was both very knowledgeable and professional in his comparison of the CX-5 versus the other manufacturers we were considering, all without degrading the competition. My husband & I returned at a later date for a test drive, arriving early. Since Jason was tending to another customer, the manager immediately had a CX-5 brought around for us to take out for a drive - unaccompanied. It was great to be able to freely discuss our thoughts on the car vs others we had driven. Time to make a deal! Jason worked hard to find us the perfect CX-5, even with us changing our minds a few times about accessories, color, etc. He stayed in touch, keeping us informed on incentives, availability and, along with his manager Ray, worked with us to on pricing as well. It was a pleasure dealing with Jason. I would highly recommend him - and the North Penn Mazda dealership. A First Class operation. More

No games or hidden cost. Honest straight forward communication, which led to a very quick and easy sale. It was by far the least amount of time I spent buying a car, yet I was giving all the information needed to make an educated decision and purchase. I cant thank Mike enough. I was looking to buy a new Mazda MX-5. Jason called me after I had sent out requests to multiple dealers. He got me the lowest price for the exact car I wanted, without me really having to haggle unnecess after I had sent out requests to multiple dealers.
