This was actually the second location I went to looking for a car to replace my old '99 Ford with 190k miles. The first place was very veyr aggressive. I didn't feel comfortable and very pressured to buy a car that was not worth it. On top of that, they offered me prices on a car that were way above what I was looking at buying. As for North Penn, completely opposite experience. I was greeted by a employee that was polite and understanding of my past experience. Now I do not have perfect credit however, I was offered a price on a car that was exactly what I was looking to pay, even with the full extended warranty. I was very pleased. More

The last vehicle that I purohased was a mazda. I went to this dealership, and found them extremely friendly, but they did not have the one I wanted and I wasn't willing to wait. However, they left me with such a positive impression (compared to over 10 dealerships in the area) that when it was time to purchase my next car, I thought of them first. The timing worked out that they had the car that I wanted when I was ready to buy it. When I went in, there were no games, no hidden tricks, no long diatribes about this or that. Just listed to what I wanted and got it together. They were creative in some of my peculuar wishes (got my other vehicle detailed as a throw in, etc.) and gave me a more than fair price. I am particularly pleased with Dan Oestreich! Go get that guy if you need a vehicle at this site. Thanks guys! More

If you don't give Mike Fontaine and North Penn Mazda a chance, you are crazy! Best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. I though I had done my homework on the Mazda 3 Skyactiv but Mike the sal chance, you are crazy! Best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. I though I had done my homework on the Mazda 3 Skyactiv but Mike the salesman explained it to me like I was about to build the car from scratch! Very personable and very funny. Matched my price and followed up after the sale. I would like to note; He explained financing, service and matched my deal without doing the"Ill be right back I need to talk to a manager" process. Impressed and I cant wait until my lease is up. I made sure I scheduled my first free Oil change when Mike works so we can catch up. I will recommend Mike to everybody I know. More
