Service desk staff are always very helpful, friendly and efficient. It's also nice that someone greets you as soon as you pull into the garage, and directs you to the service desk. And again, when picking up the car, someone greets you, directs you to the check-out desk, retrieves the keys and pulls the car up. A nice bonus to see that the car has been washed. The video from the service technician is always clear, professional and helpful. All in all a great service experience with great staff. More

Friendly, from the moment I parked my car. Before I even had to ask to be directed to the right department, someone asked me if I needed help. For the service I needed, it was presented in terms a non-car expert (and non-high tech) expert could comprehend. The time frame for my repair was explained, and I was proactively updated without having to call. I hope I never have another extensive collision repair, but if I do, I’ll be glad to have the collision team there to get me through. More
