Dear Mr. Ertel, I was sorry to learn that you will not be returning to North Penn for your future service needs. I wanted to take a moment to address your recent experience. As a gesture of goodwill, we refinished your wheels outside of the typical warranty parameters. I regret that you needed to return due to a balance issue that stemmed from this refinishing. Additionally, while we understand that you experienced a tire puncture after the visit, which could have occurred anywhere, we offered assistance in replacing the tire, but you chose to decline this offer. Please know that had this issue been caused by our team, we would have gladly addressed the tire replacement without hesitation.
