Mr. Tillman, As I mentioned prior to the return of your vehicle, we were unable to replicate the connectivity issue you reported. I personally conducted an extended test drive with my phone connected to the vehicle’s system, and at no point did the connection drop. Based on our findings, the issue appears to be external in nature and not related to a malfunction of the communication module. Typically, if the module were faulty, simply disconnecting the phone from the cord would not resolve the issue. In accordance with Mazda’s policy, we are unable to install replacement parts unless a fault code is present or the issue can be duplicated during our inspection.
