Dropped off vehicle without an appointment. Was called on Tuesday and told it would be Thursday before it was in the shop. Called back on Wednesday to confirm and told Thursday would not be a p Was called on Tuesday and told it would be Thursday before it was in the shop. Followed up on Thursday via text and about an hour later via call because I had not heard anything, was almost certain that my text prompted the vehicle to get pulled in the shop because I was told over the phone they just pulled to the shop. Never told how much it was going to be before I arrived at the dealership. Just not the best customer experience at all. Dealership felt short staffed and maybe that is the issue. More
