My experience at North Penn Mazda service center was exemplary. The service specialist helped me receive the correct scheduled service for my 2006 Miata. Catie Landis continually provides amazing customer service with every service visit. I dropped my Mazda off for service 7/27/21 in the morning and expected to pick my car up later that day. It is employees like Catie Landis that keep me making a 40 minute drive to North Penn Mazda for service needs, when there are two other Mazda dealerships closer to my house.
