Service was great. Video of service was helpful. Great communication. No car wash though. Just a coupon for a local car wash. And there is construction going on so it was difficult finding you way around. More

Mr. Foran, I understand your frustration and apologize that you needed to return to the dealership after the repair was made on your vehicle. We did verify that the problem was not misdiagnosed as you had stated, but was another problem caused by the part that had failed in your vehicle. We are going to continue to drive the car today and tomorrow as we discussed to ensure that the light does not come back on. If there is anything that I can do please don't hesitate to let me know and I will certainly be in touch with you as we progress.
