My visit for recall and annual inspection went well. I was provided with a loaner for the day. I also had a ding that I wanted fixed. Will jones said that the ding man only came on Friday’s. The most informative Service Department and competent loaner people I have experienced. I have had several Infiniti’s, a couple BMWs and a Cadillac... can truly say that none of the dealers of these upsc loaner people I have experienced. Our salesperson was wonderful! Service dept. has been ok so far. Some issues with making appt. and did not reset tire pressure on dash. Had to go back because light wouldn’t shut off. so far. Best service department I have every dealt with. They put the customer first. They make sure your car is in proper working order. They explain the options and the associated costs.
