Dropped off my car for my first service at 5,000 miles. I get my car back and before I leave the lot, the tire sensor comes on. I figured no big deal the guy probably put too much air in one tire or somethin get my car back and before I leave the lot, the tire sensor comes on. I called Mazda and they said there was nothing they could do unless the vehicle was at their shop. More
Amanda & Caitlin were helpful & very nice. I had urgent car issues, & I was not sure if I be able to get my car in for service during this difficult time. On Friday 3/27 Amanda got me appt fo I had urgent car issues, & I was not sure if I be able to get my car in for service during this difficult time. On Friday 3/27 Amanda got me appt for 3/28 & set up loaner. Caitlin's provided great customer service on 3/28. I got my loaner easy & no issues & rep was nice. Mazda kept my car until 3/30 to give it a thorough look over, which I appreciated; although all checked out with my car; I was not charged Thank you all! More
