My name is Kyle Neith. I am the person you spoke with today. You tagged the wrong person in this review. Either way, I am the new car manager. I told you if you had an issue to talk to the used car manager. You bought a used car and he is the one that would be able to discuss your options. I don't see what the problem is with that? You bought a used car and I dont make those decisions. You have been at our dealer and we all know who you are and the issue you are having. I can't fix the Navigation issues. It's how Mazdas navigation works. It's not a Cadillac nav system and they all work differently. I was going to try to help and did my research for you, but obviously that does not matter.
