Best Service Experience! This was my first service appointment after purchasing my new CX-9 a few months ago. It was hands down the best service experience I have ever had. I This was my first service appointment after purchasing my new CX-9 a few months ago. It was hands down the best service experience I have ever had. I was warmly greeted and informed of the amenities available to me (I waited). The waiting area was clean, comfortable and spacious. I was delighted at the video clip I received of my vehicle, straight from the technician to explain what was checked and what was done to service my car. Checking out was easy and I was back on the road in only 40 minutes. The staff greeted me with a smile and was very helpful and courteous. I was very pleased with the entire experience I had and I’m so happy I purchased my car from North Penn Mazda! More

They are very professional and efficient. I feel that they understand how important and necessary the car is to their customers lives and they do their best to perform the service with as little disruption to the customers as possible.. They now utilize videos of the car repair to keep the customer informed as repairs are being performed and any issues that they see with the car. I really trust these guys! More

For several years North Penn Mazda's Service Dept service reps, mechanics & techs have been great to work with in handling all of our service issues. For several years they have serviced three Mazda's we have owned and we have found all their dealings to be fair and reasonable. I always sit in the customer waiting area while waiting for my car to be serviced and over the years I have heard many favorable comments from other customers. They never try to pressure you into making unnecessary repairs. We purchased three Mazda's from Tony Hamilton and he has also treated us with respect and has always given us excellent deals when purchasing our cars.and most importantly - no pressure!! Great place to buy and service your Mazda! More
