Service representative Katie (Caitlin) was very nice and she took care of my vehicle very well. Also Amanda the service manager is a wonderful person. I am dealing with this dealership for more than five years and I usually never had any problem but once in a while if there’s any issue, they always fixed the issue beyond the limits. Staff is courteous and kept me updated on the work in progress. I was given a call to let me know what the issue was and to tell me that the part was in stock and did I want to proceed. I also required a loaner while service had my vehicle and that was readily available as well, this is the second time I've been to your dealership for the same issue unfortunately the first update did not fix the issue, however with the replacement part I'm hoping it has been corredted.
