the service manager the dealership as a whole took excellent care of me although I declined the the lending vehicle because I had a feeling that I would not take as long I'm sure they would have provi excellent care of me although I declined the the lending vehicle because I had a feeling that I would not take as long I'm sure they would have provided me with an excellent learner vehicle I didn't want to be complicated with the insurance at the time. but it was good to know options were available to me I was driven to my house in a lovely car that matched the same electric vehicle that I had the driver that took me there was friendly and super awesome we had a great time driving over and my vehicle was repaired quickly and gentleman came back about a half an hour later to pick me up and bring me back this was absolutely VIP service and I felt like a hot shot. verifying the warranty on my previously owned Volkswagen was a breeze and working with everybody the department was super easy everyone was 100% friendly and the lobby that they had was beautiful well stocked and I honestly could have worked out of that area and I fell absolutely fine I wanted for nothing and there's an awesome produce junction right across the street More

James, Erin, Jesse, Ken, and the entire North Penn VW tech team are absolute rockstars! I’m always provided with a full list of recommended services, and I really appreciate that they let me decide which tech team are absolute rockstars! I’m always provided with a full list of recommended services, and I really appreciate that they let me decide which ones make the most sense for me and my vehicle at the time. The techs also send videos walking through everything they find during their inspection, and I absolutely love that level of transparency.
