From the initial email communication with Matt on the new vehicles available, to test driving the cars and getting quotes, to locating the perfect car my mother wanted and then for her to officially become a VW owner and drive off the lot, Matt was absolutely amazing. We ran into some issues locating the exact model Tiguan my mother really wanted but Matt worked vigorously to locate it for us, and personally drove down to another dealership to pick it up. He even stayed late that evening to accommodate our work schedules, so we could pick up the car that night.
