Took my 2006 Passat to North Penn for recall service. Staff indicated that there were many problems with the car including some items I just received service on. Will push my car past it before going back. More

I purchased a car with 23000 miles on it and after driving 20 miles it needs $3000 worth of work done to it and the dealership will do nothing about it.How could a power steering rack, o2 sensor trans driving 20 miles it needs $3000 worth of work done to it and the dealership will do nothing about it.How could a power steering rack, o2 sensor transmission modual and even the window defroster go bad all at once in a car that they said was compleatly checked over by them. This dealership is GREAT! I had an awesome experience dealing with North Penn Imports! I purchased a new 2011 VW GTI in Carbon Steel Gray in October 2010 and was really happy but I didnt get any additio dealing with North Penn Imports! I purchased a new 2011 VW GTI in Carbon Steel Gray in October 2010 and was really happy but I didnt get any additional features...my fault completely...so I wanted to trade it in and go with a candy white model with sunroof, premium stereo and steering wheel controls. Fred Shelp the new car sales manager helped me out and completely understood, he had one ordered for me in no time. I just picked it up the other day and I must say I am much happier and couldnt have asked for a better/smoother deal! Fred helped me get exactly what I wanted and provided the best shopping experience in doing so. This was my first new car purchase and I already know where I'll be going for my next new car! North Penn Imports... One of the best in the business and a great group of people overall! Don't look anywhere else! More

Went in twice to buy cars two months ago. The salesman was very self absorbed and spoke condescendingly. I offered 1K less on a GTI and he gave me a lecture of how superior VW's were. He wasn't willing to negotiate on cars I wanted and kept referring me to older models with more miles, while flaunting his large number of active customers. I made him an offer open to negotiation and he called it insulting (the car wasn't even impressive). My fiance and I were both very offended and left immediately, both times. We ended up buying a RX at Thompson Lexus and a Z at 309 Nissan, both very positive experiences. Don't think I'll ever go back to this dealer again and have advised many friends and family members to avoid it as well. More

I have bought more than my fair share of cars over the past few years and felt it was time to move into a new one. I decided between two (VW GTI and Mazdaspeed3) and identified North Penn VW-Mazda as a pl past few years and felt it was time to move into a new one. I decided between two (VW GTI and Mazdaspeed3) and identified North Penn VW-Mazda as a place I could drive both. I got in touch with Nick in the internet sales department and he worked around my schedule to set up a day where I could spend the morning driving both back to back. Within hours we had an agreement on one and an agreement on my trade value. I was very happy with the pricing agreements we had come to. Unfortunately, the dealer trade that was to get me the car I wanted fell through. Nick went out of his way and expanded his search and found be the car I wanted... in Germany. At no extra expense he got it here within two weeks (and a week before he said it would be here). Great experience over all. I wouldn't hesitate to send my wife or grandmother there by themselves - these guys are the real deal and downright good people that seem proud of what they do. More

Purchased a pre-owned certified Jetta TDI Wagon from this dealership. Price was fantastic, car was in great shape (i.e. mechanically sound and nicely detailed).
