Making the appoint for service here is always the worst part of the experience. I called was placed on hold indefinitely, called back and was told I could make an appointment for 2 weeks later then told I part of the experience. I called was placed on hold indefinitely, called back and was told I could make an appointment for 2 weeks later then told I could just come without appointment next day. Staff is pleasant but always, always, ALWAYS has something to upsell me. I only needed an oil change. More
