Worst dealership went hoping to purchase a new car and the manager tried to tell me i couldn't use my lease to towards a new purchase which is a lie. Staff is rude and have a no care attitude. Terrible experience with this dealer. Temp registration expired and no one seems to know what is going on with my plate transfer. Nobody ever calls you back when they say they will. STAY AWAY! Purchased a 2017 Nissan Murano certified on March 23,2017. After they checked my credit, we agreed on a deal. Went upstairs to sign the paperwork, completely different deal. But now they are not honoring the deal. I was supposed to get a remote start installed as part of the deal but no one will return my calls or emails. But the worst part is the radio has no SD Card. I have spoken to VP of sales Faqia R. several time, but she just lies to me and tells me someone will call me back to resolve the issues, no one ever calls me back. It wasn’t until three days later when I finally got a hold of Ali, he said the SD Card was on order and he will have my salesmen Javier Rodriguez call me to schedule the remote start install, but still no SD card. TL/DR ; This dealership is a dumpster fire that tries to swindle hard working people out of their money on used vehicles through excessive and unnecessary fees. Don't give this place your business unless yo swindle hard working people out of their money on used vehicles through excessive and unnecessary fees. Don't give this place your business unless you're alright with tossing your money into above mentioned dumpster fire. Went to look at a used truck they had listed for sale listed at $23,990. After getting there I looked over the truck and went on a test drive. I wanted the truck and was willing to put down a sizeable deposit to hold the vehicle while I secured my own financing. Upon sitting down and getting into the numbers I was hit with the absurd amount of fees that were added on to reach the out-the-door price. I was given a number of $30,xxx. On top of the listed price of the truck, there was a $1,9xx charge for a reconditioning fee, a $995 transportation charge, along with other fees. I was told by a manager that these fees were mandatory and there was nothing they could do about it, that they had to be charged to "balance their books". I feel terrible because I know they do this simply because they think they can get away with it. They will charge these fees and someone who doesn't know any better will pay them without question and overpay for a vehicle and immediately be upside down on their loan. This dealership steals money from their customers for the sake of making extra profit in a scummy way. The listed price for the truck was fair and lined up with the value listed by KBB (private sale was valued between $20-22k). They get you there with a fair listing price and absolutely wreck you on the out-the-door price. Insanity. The only fees that you MUST pay when buying a used car are: the agreed upon price of the vehicle, taxes, title and registration, and unfortunately the dealer documentation fee (which was an acceptable $400). The manager was dismissive of my concerns and was confident that he will be able to sell the vehicle for full price of $30,xxx. This makes me think that they do this on a consistent basis and that they have no issues with overcharging other potential customer. The management and policies of this dealership are disgusting.
