Excellent service given by Daniel, Alexis and Richard. I got a call back from Daniel (manager in pre-owned sales) I believe and he told me he would work with me for the pilot I was looking for. Initially I wasn't sure but Daniel worked with us to get a deal that we couldn't say no to on a certified pre-owned Pilot that I liked. After totaling a car in a wreck, it was nice to deal with Alexis who showed us the car and then Daniel who worked out the deal and Richard in Finance who was also an absolute pleasure to deal with. I didn't feel like I was being worked like a sale (unlike at Huntington Honda), I felt like they really did work with us to give us the best deal possible. I would go back and purchase another car from them in a hearbeat. Because they work with Bethpage credit union, I got the same rate for the finance that Bethpage themselves had told me. Truly a pleasure buying a car here. I would work with the same 3 people again and Jose Diaz was also a pleasure the 1st time I stopped in here. More
