No one know the owner there and I have been hung up multiple times at this place. I was promised a credit over 4 months ago to find out today I wasn't getting anything. Phil was very nasty to me and I was nasty right back. Had to ask him over a dozen times who the owner was and he told me Mark Bradley (which is a fake name) and that I need to go see a psychiatrist . Richard has been the ONLY helpful one. You will probably delete this once your internet people read it but I had to voice my opinion. I have made formal complaint to the BBB and left reviews on every social media I can. More

When the lease was up on my CRV I returned to Andrew without hesitation. Understanding how well I had been treated the first purchase made my decision to return that much easier. Some dealerships attack you when you walk in the door looking for a sale. Not at North Shore Honda. They let you look through the showroom without hassle and when you want to talk to them they are all business. I went in on a Monday around 12:00 o'clock and had the keys to my new CRV by 4:00 pm on Thursday. Andrew explained every detail of the new car to me. I would recommend this dealership and especially Andrew to anyone that will listen to me! A truly great buying experience! More
