Henry Neil I have traditionally brought my cars and kept them for 10+ years. About 4 years ago, I decided to actually try a lease and went to see Henry Neil. I have traditionally brought my cars and kept them for 10+ years. About 4 years ago, I decided to actually try a lease and went to see Henry Neil. He was no nonsense and gave me all my options. What I appreciated was there was no pressure to sign that day and he told me to think about it and actually let me leave the dealership! I've been to other dealerships and it was always, "What can I do to get you to sign today" or "This is a great deal and only available today" and it would drag on for hours. Henry walked me thru my choices and was very responsive via phone and email. I leased that Honda Pilot about 4 years ago from Henry which was a strange transition since I was very use to buying a car and holding it for the long term. I recently went back after my lease ended and leased another Pilot and again Henry was straightforward and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend asking for Henry if you want someone down to earth to deal with. More

“Words can’t explain” It was near time when I had to purchase a car and I called in to Northshore Honda and Derek picked up the phone and that’s when I talked to him over t It was near time when I had to purchase a car and I called in to Northshore Honda and Derek picked up the phone and that’s when I talked to him over the phone the first time any said if I had any question to give a call. I told Derek my preferences and he new what I wanted and that’s when I made the deal with him for the Honda Pilot. He told me to come in and discuss everything and we went to the dealership. When we entered it was such a family welcoming, Derek Bowen is such a nice person he knows how to deal with everything he knew we were serious about buying the car but we couldn’t take the delivery for about 1 and half week and he pushed that threw to the manger about how we are serious to buy the and made that happen. Derek Bowen is filled with such a great personality he understood our concerns and everything and pushed out to the manager too make things happen such a great salesman. When ever you go to North shore Honda ask for Derek Bowen he will be more than willing to assist you and make everything happen he does everything with great please.
