Honest, wonderful people I brought my friend into this dealership because they had a 2017 Civic Si in stock that he wanted. We completely understood that the Si just came out I brought my friend into this dealership because they had a 2017 Civic Si in stock that he wanted. We completely understood that the Si just came out and there would probably be no discounts on them so we offered MSRP (i never buy cars at MSRP and never let friends purchase cars at MSRP). Henry and Phil agreed to the price and took care of us. They even honored our request to not wash the car and not let anyone drive it. Henry is a very funny person and very laid back. We didn't feel any pressure. Phil was awesome because he was also a car enthusiast (could talk to him for days). Awesome combination, they are the dream team. More

diappointing Very disappointing experience. Came to the office, and left a security deposit, they started filling the documents. Next day I called back and to Very disappointing experience. Came to the office, and left a security deposit, they started filling the documents. Next day I called back and told them that I've changed my mind and wanted to get security deposit back. Was asked to come back with a receipt, which I brought with me next day and been told that it was not enough and "Agreement Form" was needed also, next day I sent the form via email and then it took TWO months calling the office, sending emails without any success, I was promised to get money back, but it never happened. I week ago I came again to the office and found out that even my "form" was missing so the representative had to take a copy from my original. And I was promised that the refund is going to be issued. Which didn't happen even after a week. I'm still their customer because they have my money but I didn't buy anything from them.
