Found a vehicle online that I had interest in. After calling and confirming the jeep was still available I drove 45 minutes to see it and test drive it. Called and spoke to Gary Reis and told him I would like to leave a deposit to hold it and asked to have the vehicle inspected at a local jeep dealership. For some reason, Gary was concerned about having a jeep dealership do the inspection which should have been a bright red flag. That evening I decided to research the dealership further and found a few reviews warning of a bait and switch. Based on these reviews I thought it would be prudent to over communicate to ensure I didn't get caught in a bad situation like some of the other reviewers had warned. The following day I called Gary to see where we were othe process and he finally said there was an issue. He advised that since I wanted to pay cash and not finance the jeep the dealership wanted more money. Based on the reviews I read I guess I wasn't that surprised. The most concerning thing to me is that my financial information was taken despite them knowing that I was intending to pay one price (asking price) that they never intended to honor. I strongly recommend to not do business with to dealership as there are others that are far more honest. More
This is our 3rd vehicle from North Shore Honda. Our experiences have been great, and as such we returned without even considering other dealerships. From start to finish this was an excellent car buying experience. Michael was friendly, helpful and informative without being "pushy". We first went there on a Sunday afternoon and although they didn't have the CRV model we were looking for onsite, they located one for us and we drove away on Wednesday. JP communicated with us regularly as we were deciding on payment details and new vs. transfer of plates making the process smooth and easy. Barry took the time to touch base with us as well, making us feel welcomed and valued. Without hesitation we would return here and would recommend the dealership to others who want to avoid double-talk and pressure. Great experience North Shore Honda! More

Our recent experience of purchasing a pre-owned Honda CR-V was a very positive one. The staff was honest, friendly, and professional. Their ultimate goal is to see the customer completely comfortable and secure with their choice. At first we took delivery of a vehicle which was the base-model in the interest of saving money. After taking it home and living with it for less than 24 hours, we regretted not having purchased the mid-model which affords you some upgraded features. We immediately contacted them with our concerns and went back to pick another model within their inventory. Pre-Owned Vehicle Salesman (Jason Godsmark) and General Manager (David Haber) could not have been more understanding and accomodating in making this prompt exchange for us. We are very much relieved and happy with this important purchase, and highly recommend this dealership. We will continue the relationship in the future when it comes time to lease another new minivan. More
This may be the worst car dealer I've ever dealt with. The salesman knew nothing about the cars; I mean grossly ignorant. Once they discovered I was interested in something other than a mainstream Honda, they clearly had no intention of wasting their time with me. And the salesman from the next desk told my friend to get out of the chair because he needed it. As it turned out, they weren't going to need it for us as we departed immediately. Stay away from these people! More
