I typically hate the car buying process because I feel salesman are trying to get the most money out of me possible instead of a honest and fair deal. That was not my experience here. Mr. Engle was great in Finance as well. I just didn't deal with him as long. I will recommend the dealership and Mr. Young to friends and family that are in the market for a Ford vehicle. More

Bait and Switch After receiving an e-mail flier and being in the market for a new Ford Explorer I went to their website. There I found an acceptable vehicle posted at a reasonably good price. I hit their prompt for the "Northside Price". Subsequently I was contacted very quickly by Samantha, a very pleasant saleslady who presented me with the same numbers as shown on the web page. We discussed finance options and rebates, I asked some questions she couldn't answer directly. She said she would talk to her manager and get back to me. Well, Hugo called, one of the managers, and we discussed rebates, and finance cash back offers, etc. I asked him about reduced pricing and he told me the posted price is the price EXCEPT YOU MUST ADD $1690.00 in DEALER FEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beware: the price you see is just the starting point for the price you'll be asked to pay. I must say two years ago I purchased a Ford from MacHaik in Georgetown, it was a much better experience all the way around AND - their posted price doesn't change. More

This is the second SUV I have bought from Northside Ford...I bought a new Ford Escape in 2015 and this year it was my amazing new 2017 Ford Explorer b This is the second SUV I have bought from Northside Ford...I bought a new Ford Escape in 2015 and this year it was my amazing new 2017 Ford Explorer both times from my friend Mr. Charles Young. The experience both times was exceptional. He is always friendly and helpful and very attentive to my needs. I can share parts of my life with him that helps him understand my needs in a new vehicle and he works very hard to meet them and get me the best deal possible...I would also like to comment on the Northside Ford personnel...everybody is always friendly and you can't be there more than five minutes without several good mornings and have you been helped.
