We arrived & waited 30 minutes in Service Dept. as they couldn’t locate our car that was being serviced! Was very aggravating! I took my 2015 Ls 460 to this dealership as a First-Time customer regarding a seat memory problem. I was introduced to Dorothy Sausley, one of the service managers. She provided me with a loaner and handled customer regarding a seat memory problem. I was introduced to Dorothy Sausley, one of the service managers. She was able to fix the problem and have Lexus take care of the bill. It was an excellent experience from first contact to pick up. I highly recommend this dealership and thank Dorothy for help.
