Everyone at the service department was pleasant but when I left after my oil change, I discovered my hood wasn’t latched as indicated by an icon on the dash. Also, my first oil change was on Thursday & on t I left after my oil change, I discovered my hood wasn’t latched as indicated by an icon on the dash. Also, my first oil change was on Thursday & on the following Monday, I received a certificate in the mail for $30 off my first service at Northtown. I called Northtown about this & waiting on a response. Hope the honor the certificate.🤞 More
