After a few days, I returned and Zach got me through the sale of my current car and seamlessly through the buying of my Buick Enclave, all stress-free! I never felt rushed and felt that Bill understood that I needed time to consider all my options and make a decision. Bill made sure that I got a fantastic deal on my new Jeep. Bill and his team go the extra mile to serve their customers. Even after the sale was finalized Bill took the time to go through all of the features on my car with me. He helped me pair my cell phone and set up my Sirius radio. Outstanding salesman. Manager not so much. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable in areas of cars which were not of the make which they sell new. His pleasant demeanor and genuine helpfulness was Patrick was extremely knowledgeable in areas of cars which were not of the make which they sell new. His pleasant demeanor and genuine helpfulness was a breath of fresh air when facing a large transaction. From air bag deployment to drivetrain, Patrick not only new the most minute details of the car I was interested in, but was sincerely passionate when delivering the information. When there was a misunderstanding that led to my traveling extra distances before receiving the car, Patrick offered delivery to my house and kept me updated via text messages when new information arose. I have already refferred friends to him because of these traits. Unfortunately I was forced to downgrade my rating due to having the unpleasant experience of meeting the manager. I understand the need to haggle on the dealer's side to keep the profit margin in check, however as a manager myself, I know better than to push that at the expense of customer service. Arguing with a customer and utilizing irrelevant data to force a sense of incompetence on your customer just about made me walk away. Perhaps some advice from Patrick or a course in Dale Carnegie would help in this matter. Overall, the majority of my experience was very pleasant and I have confidence in refferring friends and family to Patrick. More
